Cocktail of the Week: Mr. Mcintosh

Fall is here. And on the East Coast, that often means heading apple picking. Well, if you do, this week’s cocktail, courtesy of Le Jardinier’s Beverage Director Juan Carlos Santana, will make good use of a few of them. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz Woodford Reserve Bourbon
  • 1 1/2 oz Old Overholt Rye Bottled in Bond
  • 3/4 oz Apple/baking spice syrup
  • 3/4 oz Lemon

Instructions:

Clarify as a milk punch. Combine all ingredients and serve in a Highball glass over ice. Top with very cold club soda. Garnish with apple fan.
