Cocktail of the Week: Out The Gate

We received so many great Derby-themed cocktails this year, that we wanted to feature more of them even know the race is long over. For example, this cocktail courtesy Emily Heyde, co-owner of Louisville’s Fork & Barrel.

Instructions:

Shake all ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker and strain over an ice ball. Serve in goblet with mint sprig.
