Having a warm cocktail in Los Angeles, even in December, might seem a bit counterintuitive but tis the season. The London West Hollywood at Beverly Hills has created clever new holiday cocktails that can be found at the hotel’s London Bar as well as its restaurant Boxwood, now through he end of the year. We recommend this rye-forward concoction as the temperatures have been a below normal on the left coast.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Dickel Rye
- 1/2 oz Honey1/2 oz Yellow Chartreuse
- 4 oz Bold Coffee
- Float with Hand Whipped Cream
Instructions:
Warm a mug by pouring hot water into it and then carefully pour out the water. Add all ingredients except for the whipped cream and stir together. Spoon the whipped cream on top and grate nutmeg on top. Add heavy whipping cream to a shaker tin, add honey syrup and shake heavily pour over a spoon and float.
