Cocktail of the Week: Speed Kills

Many whiskey fans also love a good mezcal. Perhaps that’s why Don’s 5 Star Dive Bar Beverage Director Erika Guardiola decided to combine the two high-powered spirits into one aptly-named cocktail.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz bourbon
  • 1/2 oz mezcal
  • 1/4 oz sriracha-spiced maple syrup
  • 2 dashes Bitters

Instructions:

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with a generous handful of ice. Stir until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
