Cocktail of the Week: Roe & Quito

As we’re flexing our culinary muscles this week, why not try making a whole egg cocktail. It’s really not that difficult, we promise.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz Roe & Co
  • 1 1/2 oz coconut cream
  • 1 oz maple syrup
  • Guinness Stout
  • Whole egg

Instructions:

Dry shake, rocks shake, pour into Nick and Nora glass, and topper with one ounce of Guinness, with nutmeg and cinnamon to garnish.
