Cocktail of the Week: Bronx Tale

Did you know that August is National Peach Month? We didn’t… until recently. Crown Royal is celebrating by partnering with Ghetto Gastro, a culinary collective born in the Bronx, by Jon Gray, Pierre Serrao, and Lester Walker, to curate custom cocktail recipes and food pairings inspired by Crown Royal Peach–like this week’s cocktail that they paired with jumbo popcorn shrimp.

Instructions:

  • 1 1/2 oz Crown Royal Peach
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz passionfruit juice
  • 1/4 oz orgeat syrup
  • 1 vial Bittermen’s Tiki Bitters

Ingredients:

Shake all ingredients with cubed ice in shaker tin. Strain over fresh nugget ice into a double old fashioned glass. Top with apineapple wedge and 1-2 dashes grated cinnamon as garnish.
