There seems to be a coffee theme running through out this week’s content, and we’re okay with that. This week’s cocktail not only include coffee and rye, but rum as well.
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Santa Teresa 1796
- 1/2 oz rye whiskey
- 1/4 oz apricot syrup
- 1/4 oz Chareau Aloe Liqueur
- 1 oz cold brew cordial
- 1/2 oz egg white
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake without ice to emulsify egg with other ingredients. Add ice to the shaker and shake until properly diluted. Double Strain over ice into a collins glass. Garnish with coffee beans.
