High West Releases New Bourye

High West Distillery is back with its Bourye, the annual, limited-edition blend of bourbon and rye whiskeys.

This year’s expression is 101 proof and features a mash bill of MGP Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75% corn, 21% rye, 4% barley malt); MGP Straight Bourbon Whiskey (60% corn, 36% rye, 4% malted barley), a MGP Straight Rye Whiskey (95% rye, 5% barley malt), and a High West Straight Rye Whiskey (80% rye, 20% malted rye). The whiskeys were aged a minimum of 10 years, with some being as old as 19 years old.

The Park City,Utah-based distillery re-evaluated Bourye this year to better showcase the elegance and complexity of its 10+ year‑old whiskeys.

High West’s Bourye is available as a national limited release for $124.99.
