It’s Spring so we’re turning our eyes (and mouths) to Miami and delicious cocktails. This week’s concoction is courtesy of R House’s Beverage Director Rocco Carulli.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Bulleit Bourbon
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1 piece of basil
- 2 dashes orange blossom water
- 2 strawberries
- Garnish – basil leaf/half strawberry
Instructions:
Take all ingredients and muddle in a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into rocks glass. Garnish with a basil leaf and half strawberry. Hit with atomizer if you have one.
