Ben Potts, Bar Manager and Co-Owner of Beaker & Gray in Miami, is known for his blend of contemporary styles, use of fresh ingredients, house-made products and an interesting selection of back-bar spirits to create exciting libations. For the upcoming Fall season, Potts has added the Cobb’s Robler to the Wynwood hot spot’s Aperitivo menu, mixing flavors reminiscent of the season including cinnamon, walnut and apricot.

Ingredients:

  • 1    oz.              Glenlivet Founder’s
  • .5   oz.              Cream Sherry
  • .5   oz.              Amontillado Sherry
  • .55 oz.              Cinnamon Syrup
  • .2   oz.              Apricot Syrup
  • .04 oz.              Walnut
  • .04 oz.              Sherry Vinegar

Instructions:

Shake all ingredients and strain over crushed ice.
