Cocktail of the Week: Pioneer Punch

Looking to skip spring and head straight to summer mix up a Pioneer’s Punch, a tall and freshening tropical punch made with Dewar’s 15 complimented by stone fruit and citrus will transport you to the beach of your daydreams.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz Dewar’s 15
  • 1/2 oz Peach Liqueur
  • 1/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 oz Sugar Syrup
  • 1 1/2 oz Coconut Water
  • 1 1/2 oz Fever-Tree Soda Water

Instructions:

Add all ingredients (sans soda water) to shaker, shake with ice, and pour over ice in highball glass. Top with soda water and garnish with mint sprig and peach slice.
