Cocktail of the Week: JT Boulevardier

When you’re the boss, you should have a cocktail named after you… even if it is a classic. That’s how this week’s featured cocktail from Miami’s The Rusty Pelican got its name.

John Tallichet is the President of Specialty Restaurants Corporation, the parent company of The Rusty Pelican. The drink is named after him because his favorite drink is a Boulevardier, so he’s obviously a smart man. Their Head Mixologist Oscar Amaya put a spin on the classic swapping the bourbon for rye.
