As you may or may not know, bees are dying rapidly. This week’s cocktail from the folks at Chicago’s The Gage was created in honor of National Honeybee Day (August 17) to honor the insect responsible for more than 1/3 of the food we eat. A portion of the proceeds of the cocktails served were donated to Chicago area-beekeepers that support the environmental health. You too can do your part and learn more about urban beekeeping, by going to here.
