Barrell Craft Spirits has released Barrell Bourbon Batch 30,
A blend of bourbon (5, 6, 9, 10, 11 and 15-year old barrels) distilled and aged in Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana and Wyoming, and bottled at cask strength (117.32 proof). The Indiana whiskeys, 5 years old, bring tropical fruit notes, while the 10-year-old high-rye Tennessee bourbons provide stone fruit. Most of the other barrels were noteworthy for their nuttiness. After mingling separately for a month, they were all blended together. Finally, a wheated bourbon from Kentucky and Wyoming went into the blend to add complexity.
