Joseph Magnus Returns To Rye With 10 Year Cask Strength

Joseph Magnus has launched its new 10 Year Cask Strength Rye Whiskey.

The 95% rye expression is aged 10 years and 9 months and bottled at 113.44 proof. The release marks the brand’s first rye since 1918, reconnecting a historic part of the Magnus whiskey story with the portfolio today.

Joseph Magnus Head Blender Will Fabry describes rye as a natural progression for Magnus, whose whiskeys are already known for bold, spice-forward character. Despite the proof, the new expression is rich and layered, with notes of crème brûlée, English toffee, cherry cola, dark chocolate and orange peel, followed by clove, cracked pepper and seasoned oak.

Joseph Magnus 10 Year Cask Strength Rye Whiskey is available now for $74.99.
