Empirical makes dirty martinis easier with the launch of Empirical Olive.
Built around the character of Spanish olives, the release features a base of French wheat spirit, layered with the green profile of Gordal and Manzanilla olives.
“This is the Olive Martini you’ve always wanted,” Empirical Head of Product Rodrigo Nincao said. “It showcases our favorite olive flavors; not briny, but a balanced umami, now in spirit form. It’s as simple as pulling it from the freezer and pouring.”
Empirical Olive is the latest addition to the Empirical Bartender’s Toolkit, joining releases like Empirical Cilantro and Empirical Stonefruit. It is crafted for professionals and home drinkers alike.
