Fresh off of Valentine’s Day weekend, this week’s pick seem apropos. Created by The Roger Room’s Bruce Hood, it’s a sweet yet subtle cocktail that some might even call “sexy.”
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. Basil Hayden’s Dark Rye
- 1/2 oz. egg white
- 1/2 oz. Mr. Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
- Bar spoon of Tempus Fugit crime de cacao
- Bar spoon of agave
- 3 1/2 oz Young’s Double Chocolate Stout
Instructions:
Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain. Top with pinch of red Hawaiian sea salt.
