Who doesn’t love entertaining? Especially with a good cocktail! When we heard about this week’s build, created by Millie Tang for Pure Scot Scotch Whisky, we were all in.
Pure Scot is made in the Bladnoch Distillery in the Scottish Lowlands. The Bladnoch Single Malt is combined with whisky from Speyside, the Highlands, and Islay to bring Pure Scot to life.
Ingredients:
- 50 ml Pure Scot Virgin Oak
- 10 ml orgeat
- 15 ml grapefruit juice
- 10 ml fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into champagne flute or small cocktail glass, top with a splash of soda and garnish with grapefruit peel.
