The 9th Annual San Antonio Cocktail Conference recently wrapped but have no fear. If you missed it, you can still enjoy the conference’s signature cocktail!
Rossville Union Straight Rye Whiskey collaborated with Bohanan’s Bar to create the drink that was inspired by the Prohibition term, meaning to get away with the crime and leave no trace.
Where I’m from that terms means something but oh well…
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Rossville Union Barrel Proof Straight Rye Whiskey
- .5 oz lemon juice
- .5 oz The Bitter Truth Apricot Liqueur
- .5 oz maple syrup
- dried fig for garnish
Instructions:
Combine rye, lemon juice, apricot liqueur and maple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Shake with ice. Pour into a coupe glass and garnish with dried fig.
