We’re not 100% sure if this week’s cocktail is dedicated to Melisandre, Wanda Maximoff or both, but leave it to the city of New Orleans to concoct a witchy-inspired brew. Compère Lapin’s Red Witch, created by Cynthia Souther, features both bourbon and scotch as well as red wine. It’s definitely cast a spell on us.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Wild Turkey Rare Breed
- 1/2 oz Dewars 12 year
- 3/4 oz Pinot Noir
- 1/4 oz Lustau Solera Sherry
- 1/4 oz demara syrup 2:1
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in tin and give a very brief shake. Pour in glass over pink peppercorn ice cube.
