We’re continuing our love of all Irish whiskey cocktails by featuring a newcomer to the category Conor McGregor’s Proper No. Twelve. This large format cocktail — perfect for a party or batching — was made by Ryan “Chubbs” Pasquale from Philadelphia’s Tattooed Mom.
Ingredients:
- 12 oz of Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey
- 2 oz simple syrup
- 3 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 6 oz lemon lime soda
Instructions:
In a pitcher with ice, combine whiskey, simple syrup and lemon juice. Stir well, then fill/top off with lemon-lime soda. Serve in frosted mugs with a lemon wedge.
