This week’s cocktail is a unique departure from the usual as the primary spirit is sake, while whiskey plays a supporting role.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz TYKU Junmai Sake
- 1 oz Whiskey
- 1/2 oz Domaine De Canton
- 2 Dashes Bitters
Instructions:
In a rocks glass, add a large ice cube and pour sake, whiskey, and Domaine De Canton. Dash with bitters and stir.
