Cocktail of the Week: Lei’d Back

A whiskey-forward tiki-style cocktail?!? Well, I am heading to the Caribbean for a few days so hell yeah… especially when it comes from cocktail consultant extraordinaire Shannon Mustipher (see below) and Barton 1792.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz 1792 Small Batch
  • 1/2 oz Pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1/4 oz Demerara Syrup
  • 1/4 oz Grenadine
  • 2 dashes Bittermens Tiki Bitters

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin, add ice.  Hard shake and fine strain into a chilled rocks glass. Garnish with a dehydrated citrus wheel or dehydrated ginger garnish, then serve.
