Teeling Whiskey has released the latest in its Very Rare Cask Series, Teeling 33 Year Old Single Malt.
The whiskey consists of some of the oldest Irish Single Malt ever bottled making this an extremely rare release. Distilled in 1989, it was matured in ex-rum casks for 30 years and finished in a Pineau des Charentes cask for an additional three years. The cask yielded only 316 bottles of 99 proof whiskey, with fewer available for purchase in the U.S.
Since 1782, the Teeling family have been crafting Irish Whiskey. The Very Rare Cask Collection offers Irish whiskey enthusiasts a selection of some of the rarest Irish Single Malts available today from the very oldest inventory of Single Malt in the Teeling Whiskey warehouses.
