The James B Beam Distilling Co has launched the third expression within the Hardin’s Creek Kentucky Series, Hardin’s Creek Boston.
This whiskey is a 17-year-old bourbon (110 proof), aged at The James B. Beam Distilling Co.’s Boston campus in Kentucky, also known as The Booker Noe campus. This location is unlike any other – rack houses are spread out generously, ideal for maturation. These conditions mean fast, richer aging and result in a bold and characterful liquid.
“The Boston campus creates a flavor profile my Granddaddy Booker Noe looked for and talked about. I think he would have loved this,” said Freddie Noe, Eighth Generation Master Distiller of the Fred B. Noe Distillery.
Launched in 2022, Hardin’s Creek is a series of ongoing releases featuring some of the distillery’s rarest whiskeys. The releases showcase the breadth and depth of the its whiskey-making credentials inclusive of age, blending, mash bill, distillation, barrels, rack house locations and more. This limited-edition collection of expressions includes Hardin’s Creek Clermont (released June), Hardin’s Creek Frankfort (released August), and Hardin’s Creek Boston.
Hardin’s Creek Boston retails for $169.99.
