As we’re all adjusting to our new reality here, hopefully these weekly cocktail recipe will lift your spirits and make you a better home bartender!
This week’s drink comes from Porter House Bar and Grill in Manhattan. So, why is it called the Western Smash you ask? Because it features High West’s Prairie Bourbon — a team favorite here.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz High West Prairie Bourbon
- 2 lemon wedges
- 5 mint leaves
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
Instructions:
Muddle lemon wedges, mint and simple in shaker. Add Ice and bourbon shake and serve over crushed ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with lemon wheel and mint.
