There are quite a few great cocktail bars in New York’s Financial District, among them is Underdog. That’s where we’re headed for this week’s cocktail.
The Montserrat is among the cocktails on their new fall menu. Developed by Conor Myers, the bar’s Creative Director and a Bacardi Legacy Global finalist, the cocktail uses scotch and seasonal spices as a base to provide the perfect autumnal bite.

Combine in shaker, shake hard and then double strain in chilled coupe. Garnish with grated nutmeg and lime wheel.
