We’re still coming down off the high that was last night’s Verzuz. To keep the party going, this week’s cocktail will keep with that theme. Stranahan’s has done some interesting cocktails with their new Blue Peak expression. This one is a spin on an Old Fashioned.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Stranahan’s Blue Peak
- 1/4 oz simple syrup
- 2 dashes black walnut bitters
- 1 grapefruit zest
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, add ice and stir to 20% dilution. Strain over big cube with grapefruit zest.
