This week’s cocktail is dedicated to National Drink Wine Day (Feb. 18). It doesn’t hurt that I’ve been dying to try Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey because it combines two of my favorite things. While peanut butter might not be the first thing you think of when you think of a sour cocktail, you would be surprised at how good this one is.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey
- 1 oz. lemon juice
- 1/2 oz. lime juice
- 1 oz. simple syrup
- 1 egg white
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients vigorously first with no ice. Then shake again with ice and then pour up or on the rocks. Float red wine on top.
