Cocktail of the Week: Poisoned Pear

This week’s cocktail comes from a rum brand, but it contains whiskey so we’re all for it. Santa Teresa 1796 created this cocktail for last Halloween but given how scary last year was, we’re just discovering it.

Ingredients:

1/2 oz Santa Teresa 1796

1 oz Dickel Rye

1/2 oz St. George Spiced Pear

1/2 oz Ruby Port

1/2 oz Carpano Antica

Directions:

Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass over ice. Stir and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a dehydrated pear.
