This week’s cocktail isn’t the love child of Tupac and Biggie Smalls, but that would awesome. Created by the Americano Restaurant & Bar, this cocktail gives bourbon the warm-weather treatment with the addition of bright flavors from ginger, blackberry, lemon, and pineapple.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Maker’s Mark bourbon
- 1 oz Canton ginger liqueur
- 1 oz blackberry puree
- 0.5oz lemon juice
- 0.25oz pineapple juice
- mint
- blackberry
Instructions:
Add bourbon, ginger liqueur, blackberry puree, pineapple juice, and lemon juice into shaker with ice. Shake and strain into rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a blackberry and mint leaf.
