Miami Beach’s Scarpetta by Scott Conant is welcoming Summer 2019 — yes, we know it’s August but have you been to Miami?!? — with an exclusive line-up of new specially crafted libations.
Diners take in the beautiful seaside views while sipping on European-inspired cocktails like this one which combines tequila, bourbon, Fernet and more! Seriously, drink this one cautiously.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 oz Hibiscus Syrup
- 3/4 oz Blackberry Puree
- 1/4 oz Fernet Branca
- 1/2 oz Crème de Mûre
- 3/4 oz Woodford Reserve Bourbon
- 1 1/2 oz Corzo Añejo Tequila
- 9 Pieces of Mint
- Blackberry
- Lime Wheel
Instructions:
Muddle 8 mint leaves with all ingredients except blackberry and lime wheel. Shake and strain, then pour the cocktail into a julep cup. Top it off with crushed ice, mint, blackberry and a lime wheel.
