This week’s cocktail is a sweet treat from the folks at High West Distillery. This warm and comforting cocktail would make a great digestif that is both coffee and dessert.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 oz High West Double Rye!
- 3/4 oz Oloroso Sherry
- 1/2 oz Dark Rum
- 1/2 oz Cinnamon Syrup
- 4 oz Coffee
- 2 oz Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/4 oz Crème de Cacao
- Grated Chocolate Garnish
Instructions:
Heat up a goblet glass with hot water. Discard hot water and add all ingredients and except whipping cream and stir. Pour cream on top of the cocktail. Garnish with grated chocolate.
