Cocktail of the Week: Apple of My Eye

If you love Joel McHale, then perhaps you want to drink like him. For this week’s cocktail, we’re featuring one that he created with Monkey Shoulder Scotch Whisky for the holidays.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Monkey Shoulder
  • 3.5 oz apple cider
  • 2 dash Angostura bitters
  • 2 dash Orange bitters

Instructions:

Bring apple cider to a simmer in saucepan, add monkey & bitters, stir, transfer to hot toddy glass. Garnish with Orange wheel dotted with cloves.
