Since the world is in full retro mode via the “Lion King,” “Lizzie McGuire” and He-Man all making comebacks, this week’s cocktail is a play on another iconic TV show from yesteryear. The J. Parker Rooftop is taking customers to the Caribbean with this tropical mixed drink packs both pineapple and punch.
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Evan Williams Bourbon
- 1 oz Plantation Pineapple Rum
- 1/2 oz Orange juice
- 1/4 oz Lemon juice
- 1/4 oz Briottet Crème de Banane
- 1/4 oz Luxardo Cherry Syrup
- Dash of tiki bitters
Instructions:
Combine bourbon, rum, crème de banane, cherry syrup, and pour into a shaker with orange juice, lemon juice, and tiki bitters. Shake and serve over ice. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a bourbon cherry.
