The new rooftop cocktail lounge and restaurant opening atop Pier 17 in the Seaport District and designed by Rockwell Group, whose portfolio includes Nobu Hospitality spaces, W Hotels Worldwide and EDITION properties. Embodying a sultry den, the space combines finely crafted cocktails and Modern American small plates including a Hamachi Crudo, Wagyu Beef Short Rib and Camo Chicharron. The culinary team is led by Executive Chef Cassidy Hallman, former executive chef of Morimoto Restaurant.
The beverage program created by veteran Mixologist Mark Murphy. Cocktails include Royal Mail, Earl Grey Bacardi 8, grapefruit, brown sugar and brûléed grapefruit; Kentucky Cooler, Maker’s Mark Bourbon, St. Germain, lime and orange; and The Edmont, Jim Beam Rye, Laphroaig 10-Year Mist, blanc vermouth sour with lavender honey and lavender flowers.
